Hammer Coded ("we", "us", "our") operates the Dropal app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data You Create

Color palettes, mesh gradients, and wallpapers you create
Names and tags you assign to your creations

This data is stored in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to it.

1.2 Analytics Data

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App:

Screen views and feature usage
App crashes and errors
Device type and iOS version
Subscription status

We do NOT collect:

Your name, email, or personal identifiers
Your created content
Location data
Contact information

1.3 Purchase Information

Subscription and purchase data is handled entirely by Apple. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status, not payment details.

1.4 Photo Access

The App may access your photo library to extract colors from images. Photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use analytics data to:

Understand which features are most useful
Identify and fix bugs
Improve App performance
Make informed development decisions

3. Data Storage

3.1 Your Content

Stored in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. Only accessible on devices signed into your Apple ID.

3.2 Analytics

Processed by our analytics provider and stored in aggregated, anonymous form.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Apple (for iCloud sync and purchases)
Analytics providers (anonymous data only)

5. Your Rights

You are in full control of your data. You can:

Delete your content at any time directly within the App
Disable iCloud sync in your device Settings to stop cloud storage
Uninstall the App to remove all local data from your device

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or App Store listing.
