1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dropal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dropal is a color palette and wallpaper creation app that allows you to:

Create, save, and manage color palettes
Generate mesh gradients and wallpapers
Extract colors from images
Export your creations in various formats
Sync data across your devices via iCloud

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Free Tier

The App offers limited functionality for free, including restricted saves and features.

3.2 Dropal Pro

Premium features are available through:

Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions
One-time Lifetime purchase

3.3 Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

3.4 Free Trials

Some subscriptions may include a free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the palettes, wallpapers, and other content you create using the App.

4.2 iCloud Sync

Your content is stored in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your creations.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Hammer Coded and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAMMER CODED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Age Requirement

This App is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use this App and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
